"Vegetal and acidic, peppery with a touch of burnt caramel. Green beans, cut grass, and apple cider vinegar. Initially sweet on palate then vegetal pepperiness takes lead. Pepper dominates the finish, which lakes complexity. Overall a vegetal, peppery tequila, lacking in complexity.
