TASTING NOTE:
"Good balance of maturation and agave, showing toffee, vanilla, and coconut, with grilled peppers and pear. Palate has some initial sweetness that is quickly balanced by pepper and spice, but both sit quite nicely together. Finish shows wood char and spice, but some pepper and vegetal agave make it through, with medium length and some complexity. Overall pleasant and well balanced.
